Blessed One, our four great heavenly kings, twenty-eight ghosts and gods, as well as countless hundreds of gods, surpass the eyes of mortals with their pure heavenly eyes and often protect Yanfuti (the world on earth). Therefore, we are known as the king of the world.

If a country encounters various kinds of suffering such as disaster, enemy harassment, famine, plague, etc., and a bhikhu accepts this scripture, we four great heavenly kings will jointly advise this bhikhu to use our divine power to quickly come to the country to publicize and circulate the "Golden Light Bright Sutra."
